Re-constitution of board level committees

15 June 2012 Is there any law or convention or CG practice which requires that the Board level Statutory Committees (like Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee etc.) should be reconstituted every Year (i.e. after AGM)??

I saw some good companies like infosys following this practice. Is there any statutory requirement or is this just a good CG practice.
