Re-classification of authorized share capital

Dear Experts,
We are re-classififying the Authroised Share Capital of the Company. We have passed Special Resolution also. But in MGT-14, we are not finding any Section any section for that. Please give me suggestion.
And We are changing the Name of the Company everything is done Except filing of INC-24, There are total 4 Share holders in the Company, everyone is agreed for change, We are conducted EGM also. But in INC-24, form it is asking No of Shareholders against name change, we put 0 but it is not accepting, if we put more than 1 it is accepting. Please give the Solution.

in case of INC-24, there must be discrepancy from your end, in earlier days , you must have reported to ROC the number of shareholders in earlier forms, so thatsy its not matching up with the data filed today and earlier
