RCM on rent of immovable property

The landlord is unregistered under gst and our firm is registered.
so what is the procedure under RCM ?
Also ITC can be availed ?

If you pay rent Rs10000 then you ll be pay Tax @18% Rs. 1800. After the month's return you have take ITC for the paided amount.....
