Plz provide me clarity over RCM applicable on advocates....
Whether RCM is applicable only on legal fees and not on DRT or out of pocket expenses?

Out of pocket expenses is nature of reimbursement, hence, service tax not apply

Yes, out of pocket expences paid as per actuals on basis of original bills paid by them or on basis of policy of company(TA/DA Rules) will not attract service tax
