Is a co-op housing society required to pay RCM on Advocate fees? Is a CHS business entity?

Yes. As per section 2(84)(i)(e) of CGST Act, 2017 the provision by a club, association, society, or any such body (for a subscription or any other consideration) of the facilities or benefits to its members is specifically included in the definition of business as per CGST Act.
