In my client is a composite tax payer, he is purchase from another composite dealer...
my client will pay tax on reverse charges basis...??

Composition dealer is a registered dealer hence RCM not applicable.

RCM is applicable when purchaser is Registered and seller is Unregistered. So, in this case RCM not applicable.
