I am dealing in exempted goods like food grain , milk etc. in this case whether I am liable to pay GST on transportation charge on RCM ?

If you are registered under GST then you are liable to pay under RCM. Otherwise not required.

GTA rate for food grains, milk etc is 0%, you are not liable to pay gst on gta under rcm.

No need to Pay GST under RCM basis. Above said items are under 0% category...
