Which expenses are come under RCM and what is the threshold limit for a month. What is the percentage for GST under RCM

27 September 2017 All the supplies from unregistered dealers are liable to be taxed under RCM. Moreover there are services which are notified by the department for which the service recipient to pay tax under RCM - some of important are under:

> Services by GTA
> Imported services
> Legal services
> Sponsorship services
> Services by director to a company
