i m reg in Delhi. my employee goes for a tour to UP n here incurre exp like taxi fare, hotel rent, food. all exp frm URD. hw i will pay RCM Of UP with delhi reg. smbody told me that RCM is nt apllicable in this case??

Raise invoice on your name charging IGST.
