12 January 2011 my client is running a construction company, he bought one tipper 2 months back and now he want to sale it.
my question is,
what is the rate of vat on sale of used Tipper(vehicle).and if any other tax implications are there plz provide me.
" it is Urgent".

12 January 2011 VAT is state matter, it will be better to log on official commercial tax site of the state.

As per my information rate is 12.5%.
