Can anyone tell me the rate of stamp duty applicable in the state of Madhya Pradesh on the Share Transfer Deed (Form-7B) and on Share Certificate.

Hi,
no stamp duty is leveid on share certificate.
As far as share transfer is concern wait for the other experts' reply

Hi
Generally stamp duty will be paid as 25 paisee on per100 on transfer of equity shares.
