The Institute has not issued any criteria that forth attempt holder will not get ranked in exam.

The Institute has the final decision on it.

you just need to put your efforts towards your goal..ICAI WILL AWARD RANK IF A STUDENT PASSED BOTH GROUPS AT A TIME..
