Dear expert,
we are an exporter and export material for this, for this we need container and we paid freight from our PDA ACCOUNT. Concor India generate an invoice in this they charge us service tax of abatment of 40%. my question is can we take credit of abatment value and we are liable to pay service tax on balance amount.

You can take credit of service tax paid amountt. No need to pay service tax on balance amount.
