You may request to the Bank, with which tax amount has been deposited, to get rectified the mistake.

Dear Paras sir,
The same thing happened with one of my client and I tried the way you suggested but the bank denied to help in any manner to rectify the same, we are still in process to get some way out..Please suggest some different ways. I also need the same...
