quoting wrong PAN in the Return of Income tax u/s 272B

21 September 2010 Dear friend,
I was itr filled 2009-10, but quoting wrong PAN in the Return of Income tax , and I have recived income tax office letter your pan no. wong and u/s 272B panelty 10,000/-than after submited letter income tax departement.

can you tell me I shall be revised return fill or not.
please help me
