IS quorum required to be present only at the commencement of meeting or throughout the meeting?

Before the quorum should remain present throughout the proceeedings...But as per judgements given in Re.Harly Baird Ltd (1955)Ch.143 case the quorum needs to be present only when the meeting commenced and it is not important when the vote was taken..Just read the entire case before proceeding..other views solicited

In case of 'board meetings', quorum is required throughout the meeting.
