And which firms are to be given priority i.e either big firms or medium firms?

I wil say only the most important thing is the interst ...
What you want to do, your interest. and fine the firm which have the work of your interest,
Like wise i wanted to b in taxation so i choosed a midsize firm having no of taxation files
