13 August 2008 We have done more number of purchase transaction via stock transfer. For theses purchases we have to issue Form F under VAT.But we are having only two numbers of Form F. Can we issue one form F mentioning all purchase details or we we have to issue separate forms for each transaction.

13 August 2008 Normally Form F is issued for Whole transaction of the assessment year / financial year.

18 September 2008 Our parent company is based at Hyderabad and they acquired a company in chennai. Though these comapanies having a common name, we (chennaiunit) have registered seperately under Excise and VAT. But we are using a same PAN No. and the directors one and the same. Now this chennai unit purchasing some materials from HYD through Stock Transfer. We have done more number of purchase transaction via stock transfer. For these purchases we have to issue Form F under VAT.But we are having only two numbers of Form F. Can we issue one form F mentioning all purchase details or we we have to issue separate forms for each transaction.

19 September 2008 F Form is to be issued on mionthly basis.

Please mind the stock transfer and sae/purchase is entirely different things.
In your case I think your HO is having goods at their end and they are sending the goods through stock transfer.
