Plz tell me from where i can get C form & F forms? what is exact procedure of obtaining this form? and if seller has obtain C form from purchaser then whthr this forms need to b submitted to dept or save it in our record if any query arise frm Dept?

C forms are issue by the Commercial Taxes Officer only to a registered dealer only if applied.
You can save the C forms issued to you & have to present the same when your case is been opened whereas you can also submit the same quarterly it is your will
