Query regarding work experience

29 December 2014 Hello sir, I have completed my MBA in finance and have been placed with Capgemini India pvt Ltd. I have got 1 year of experience in finance and accounts domain in Capgemini. I am also pursuing ICWA and will be appearing for inter group 2 exams. I will be having 4 to 5 years of experience when I will complete ICWA after 4 or 5 years, my question is if I switch or change company from Capgemini to another company after 4 or 5 years then will that company consider my 4 to 5 years of experience or they will take me as a fresher even after having 4 to 5 years of experience because these 4 to 5 years of experience is not my post ICWA qualification experience. If this will be the case then I will waste my 4 to 5 years of experience which is a loss for me if I have to work as a fresher. My query is after 4 to 5 years will they take me as MBA & ICWA with 5 years of experience or just MBA & ICWA fresher?..please solve out my query.

29 December 2014 Most companies including Public sector undertakings consider MBA & ICWA equal. So don't worry after 5 years you will be considered as MBA & ICWA with 5 years experience.
