Dear Sir/Madam,
My question is if we transfer stock from A state to B state & the goods which are transferred are exempted from VAT in state B & taxable in State A, then is it legally allowed . Please give reference to relevant section also.

In my view No section in CST prohibit such movement. Form F needs to be submitted.
