Sir,
I have online applied for reprint of pan card and received acknowledgement but I have not submitted the photograph with sign on it, I have submitted a normal passport size photo, but it was rejected now they asked to submit another photograph with sign on it but they have not given any link to submit the required. Where to submit the new photo.

You must have applied online, and would have received acknowledgement no. for the application.
Where did you apply? whether NSDL or UTITSL?

yes submitted online only and got acknowledgement reciept also in mail.

But you have not specified about the agency where you applied?
Hope it to be NSDL as usual....
Write to: Protean e-Governance Infrastructure Limited, 5th Floor, Mantri Sterling, Plot No. 341, Survey No. 997/8,Model Colony, Near Deep Bungalow Chowk, Pune – 411 016.
Don't forget to write 15 digit Acknowledgement No. on the cover...
