I have to pay some interest though I paid advance tax. My computation of income done on 01/06/13 and if I pay tax on 07/06/13, will there be any increase of interest and so the total tax amount? pls help.

There will be no increase. On the basis of computation made on 01/06/13 you can pay tax up to 30/6/13.
