It is a known fact that if the director name is appearing in the LIST OF SIGNATORIES under View Signatory Details, then DIN-3 is already filed for him and approved by MCA21.
My query is, whether this DIN-3 will be available in the MCA21 portal or not.
My understanding is that DIN-3 if not available in the MCA21 portal, then it would be treated as PRIVATE DOCUMENT by MCA21.
Confirm whether my understanding is in order.

Normally DIN 3 will be available on MCA Portal. but in certain cases it is not found on portal. May be due to technical fault.

Sir I talked this with the PFO people over here. They says it is not a private document. It can be viewed through the paid service available in MCA Portal. They says the name in the portal may not be as DIN-3, may be some control numbers. In such cases if we send an e-mail to MCA help desk stating the SRN of DIN-3 ,they will make arrangements for us to view the said form.

I had an experience that for one of our clients DIN-3 was there in the portal under different name.
In my recent search for the same document, I noticed it was removed. Hence, I am unable to agree that it is due to technical fault.
To my knowledge, the reason must be 'the MCA21 should have treated it recently as PRIVATE DOCUMENT'.
Confirm my understanding on the matter.

It may or may not be currently visible on the MCA portal depending on MCA’s classification and system status.
It may be treated as a private or restricted document by MCA in certain cases.
