19 February 2013 I have cleared my CA PCC in Nov, 2012. whether i am eligible to appear in CA Final in May, 2013. Help me, please.

19 February 2013 if you have completed your articleship training than you are eligible to appear in may 2013.

19 February 2013 Thanks, but i have not sent my ca final registration form till date. May i fill the provisional examination form after sending ca final registration form.

ADMISSION TO FINAL EXAMINATION

(1) No candidate shall be admitted to the Final Examination unless he has passed:-
(i) the Intermediate (Professional Competence) Examination in its entirety, held under these regulations;
(II) completed the practical training as is required for admission as a member on or before the last day of the month preceding the month in which the examination is held or has been serving the last six months of practical training under Regulation 50 on the first day of the month in which the examination is held.
(III) he produces a certificate to the effect that he has undergone a study course for such period, as on the first day of the month in which examination is held, in such manner as may be decided by the Council from time to time; and
(iv) completed the Advanced Course on Information Technology Training under these regulations for such period and in such manner as may be decided by the Council, from time to time.;

1. I have completed my practical training as well as ITT training but i have not got myself registered in CA final course. May i sent both registration forms CA final registration as well as examination form for May 2013 on same date
2. or whether CA final registration is compulsory for filing up CA final examination form.

20 February 2013 You can register for CA final now. And the exams can be given only in last 6 months of articleship, but not before than that.

In case your articleship had completed in Nov 12 and your PCC exams also got cleared in nov12, then only you could fill exam form and registration form together.
