sir my articleship got completed on 15 aug 2014 but i am yet to fill form 108. As i did not submitted articleship completion form with icai i didnt receive any completion certificate.
Sir my question is i submitted exam form online on 16aug and a hard copy of the same is required to be sent by post, a certificate of service is required to be enclosed, sir should i fill the criteria articleship completed or articleship to be completed on or before 31 oct. If i fill articleship completed i have to attach the completion certificate which i dont have..
Please help sir.

kindly submit the Form 108 with ICAI now and send the copy of acknowledgment of receipt of the same with the exam form

that copy must be certified as true copy adn must be signed by the same ca signing the ca form.
