06 November 2013 Dear Sir/Mam,

I had submitted my articleship form in last month & now I received a mail from WIRC that I have been used whitner in form 112, so there is requirement of resubmission of the same will that affect my date of joining the articleship since the date for submission has expired now.

06 November 2013 There must be some instructions by WIRC in its mail.Else without wasting time resubmit form along with a letter explaining your previous situation & mail of wirc

06 November 2013 I just got this mail.The matter is being copied down

Dear Students

Please refer to form no 103 and/or 112 received by us regarding the above, following discrepancy/ies has/have been found by us and may be complied by you at the earliest.

1) It is noticed that the college/office timings are overwritten/overlaps/clashes /not as per the guidelines/Whitner used in form 112. You are, therefore, requested to send afresh Form no. 112 duly filled and signed by you, the Principal of College and also by your employer for our doing the needful.

It may be noted that your articles training will be registered on compliance of the said requirements, failing which the period of training served will not be recognized as valid articles training.

You are requested to submit the above mentioned documents in hard copy to WIRC office along with the copyof this Email.

06 November 2013 resubmit form as soon as possible ,any delay on your part will extend your articleship tenure,as said by ICAI also
