16 February 2015 Hello , am planning to start a mobile car wash business in TamilNadu. And we are aiming office , big apartments as our potential customers.

My question is , should we have service tax for this car cleaning services ? If so how to take it forward.

Im very new to this business.So appreciate ur help.

16 February 2015 Yes you have to pay service tax for this service. For your turnover up to Rs 10 lakhs no service tax payable for the first year.

16 February 2015 Yes, service tax will attract for the same provided, your yearly business crosses above Rs 10 lacs.

However, after crossing Rs 9 lacs, you required to take registration with the department
