Query on revalidation date

while filling exam form for ipcc, they are asking revalidation date. My ipcc registration date is 30/7/2012. And after 4 yrs date i.e 30/7/2016 is not acceptable in the form. Which date should i enter in the exam form?

Revalidation date means the date on which you get revalidated your expired registration. So your registration is valid upto 30/7/2016 means you didn't revalidated your registration or not required revalidation for May 2014 exams,so you need not to fill such option, if such option is compulsory then fill 30/07/2012.
