Mr.Raman is co owner of a house property alongwith his brother holding equal share in the property. muncipal value 160000. fair rent 150000. standard rent 170000. rent received 15000p.m. the loan for the construction of this property is jointly taken and the interest is 25000,out of which 21000 has been paid. interest on the unpaid interest is 450.Raman taken a another loan and the interest is 5000. the municipal taxes of 5100 have been paid by the owner. compute under h.p. this problem In practice mannual p.no.4.36 but in these problem just iam remove the to repay this problem
