Page 3 of Form 23ACA - II. Financial Parameters - 6. Rent
Whether the Head 'Rent' represents the Rental Income or Expenditure.

As per my understanding, a clarification is needed from MCA authorities. In the absence of that, in the case of non service oriented companies, I used to show rental income in the referred column. Whereas rental expenses will be grouped in other expenditure in page 2 in part B clause 1.

Even am doing the same thing. According to me it is rental income.
