In Directors' Report under Statutory Information, we give the information, which is reproduced.

Foreign Exchange Earning : Rs. Nil.
Foreign Exchange Outgo : Rs. Nil.

Whether mention of 'Conservation of Energy' shall be applicable to any type of private companies (i.e. Companies engaged in the business of Consultancy Services, Software Services, Advisory Services, etc.).
