In Directors' Report under Statutory Information, we give the information, which is reproduced.

The information pursuant to Companies (Disclosure of Particulars in the Report of Directors) Rules, 1988 in Conservation of energy and technology absorption : Not Applicable.

Foreign Exchange Earning : Rs. Nil.
Foreign Exchange Outgo : Rs. Nil.

Query :

Whether mention of 'Conservation of Energy' shall be applicable to any type of private companies (i.e. Companies engaged in the business of Consultancy Services, Software Services, Advisory Services, etc.).
