A person sold a plot of land which he had purchased in 1992.if he does not opt for indexed cost of acquisition, rather he subtracts original cost of acquisition from the sell value.what will be the rate of income tax on the longterm capital gain in this case

you dont have the option for not claiming indexation while selling land...
