IF COMPANY PAY 10,000 RS AS CORRUPTION TO ANY GOVERNMENT OFFICER THEN WHAT IS THE ENTRY????????

IS IT CORRECT???????????
IF WE ENTERED UNDER CHARITY WE MUST HAVE RECEIPT BUT FOR CORRUPTION THERE IS NO ANY RECEIPT.
