21 November 2011 To construct, maintain, improve, develop, work, control and manage, Museums, hotels, clubs, restaurants, baths, swimming pool, amusement park, jogging parks, gardens, play grounds, Adventure Sports and other works and convenience which the Company may think directly or indirectly conductive to these objects, and to contribute or otherwise assist or take part in the construction, maintenance, development, working, control and management thereof.
