11 January 2010 From 1st October 2009 TDS on Transport Business :
Transporter given his PAN than TDS is not deducted if PAN not given than TDS is 1% for Individual & 2% for other than Individual. If TDS not deducted then Quarterly TDS
E-Return can filed.
