Would like to know the consequenses for non filing of TDS Quaterly return ?
Can we file the TDS Quaterly 1,2,3 & 4 together ? in June 2010 for A Y 2010-11

Non filing is attracting Penalty Rs.100 per day from due date to date of filing subject to maximum of TDS amount
you can file all the quarter return in June- each quarter separate return need to file
