19 October 2013 In case of listed company quarterly results are to be approved in the BOard meeting and to be submitted to the Stock Exchange there after.

In case of unlisted Company working of the Company may be recorded.

The Board was informed about the performance of the Company. Land continued to be leased. Income tax return has been filed on 30.09.2013.

Bank operations are normal and all statutory dues are being paid regularly.

The Board took note of the same.
