QRMP Scheme

This query is : Resolved

20 February 2021 For Assessee falling under QRMP Scheme Upload of Invoices for Jan 21 is not available since due date is shown as 13/02/21. Is there any way to upload invoices of Jan 21 now ?

Also if Jan 21 invoices cannot be uploaded whether upload of invoices for Feb & March 21 will be allowed ? whether this will affect quarterly return filing GSTR 1 ?

20 February 2021 Under QRMP Scheme, as IFF is an optional facility, IFF for a month will expire after the due date of 13th of next month, and cannot be filed after this date.

As due date expired, you have to upload January Invoices during February month IFF only
Important notes for QRMP:

The Taxpayer is required to pay the tax due in Form GST PMT-06 for each of the first 2 months in an quarter by 25th of Next Month.

The Taxpayers are not required to deposit any amount in the first 2 months if there is no tax liability and balance in Electronic cash ledger/credit ledger is sufficient.
