10 April 2012 Board approval will suffice. However, see borrowing powers of Board as per section 292.

10 April 2012 thank u sir, but i want to know detail meaning of pvt placement of NCDs ... currently i am verifing it though the resolution and Accounting system .... but i am not clear @ how the compnay approaches and get the funds through the pvt placement of NCDs.... please guide
