18 April 2018 Hi, I wanna know if one person is already director in one company and he is going to be the first director in a new company, what forms need to be filled and uploaded after the RUN webform procedure done. As there is no requirement of application for DIN. And again there is second director for whom every process for director has to be done.

Please guide me

18 April 2018 Incorporation forms are INC 32. INC-33 and INC 34 irrespective of the subscribers
are holding DIN or not.

18 April 2018 ok sir, it means for holders and Non holders of DIN. And for the sec director we have to apply for DIN as well?

18 April 2018 If a person has to be appointed as Director in an EXISTING COMPANY, then only
that person has to apply for DIN in form DIR-3 in which the said company's CIN
also has to be given.
