i m reetika sharma (professional software developer). i have about 5 year exp. in IT field and wants to start my own private ltd.company. my query is that how much cash amount i have to invest to form this co.
i heard that there is capital requirement about 1lac.

please help

17 February 2014 Yes, a private limited company must have share capital of Rs/ 1 lakhs. This is the minimum requirement.
