19 May 2009 We are an EOU and we have purchased local material against CT-3 Form. Now we want to return this material.
Can anyone provide me the procedure for the same.

20 May 2009 Send it back in a DC with referecne to the invoice under which the same was recived and make the entries in the stock register. Retain proof of receipt of the same by the manufacturer.
