Dear experts
I have purchase some taxable goods from farmers, my question is RCM is applicable if I purchased goods from farmers???

If the goods are under exempted goods then no but you are saying goods are taxable then it will be considered purchase from Unregistered dealer liable to be charged u/s 9 (4) of RCM

Yes...
The purchasing goods are taxable then you ll be pay Tax under RCM basis....
If it is exempted then no need...
