Please help to find out the calculation of 3 years in which Construction/purchase of house is complete.
Is that 3 year is calculated on the basis to Financial year or On the basis of Day in which loan is granted???

07 June 2012 The period is to be reckoned from the DATE of TRANSFER. (In case of capital Gain)
