we are regestered with UPVAT and we would like to purchase some material against form-H from UP.

Pl tell me, How to prepare Our PO.

Pl tell me about tax to charge by suppliers.

28 April 2010 Now an exporter can purchase goods within state against form "H" without Tax. you can prepare PO without charging Tax against form "H".
