can we purchase capital goods against C Form in delhi ?

If the goods are mentioned in your CST registration certificate, then you can purchase
28 June 2013
If it is not mentioned in the list of commoditties in the CST registration certificate,you may file an application for adding some more irems as related to your business to your LVO and after that purchases of capital goods can be done using C form.In many states first it can be done on-line and then get it approved by the VAT office....mjk
