Please help! I knw a few student group who wants to publish a magazine in Kolkata.Since all are basically students, so they want to get it done with minimum capital base.

24 December 2013 Thanx a lot Vaibhavji for your reply.But we want specifically paper magazine to be published since there a lot of people who still are not much conversant with the e-magazines.

So we particularly want to know the processs of registration.Since this is particularly a student activity they cant afford and cost elascation
