I ahd applied for Name Availability and already get approval for it. We want to incorporate Closely held Company (i.e. We are not issuing shares to public) So which are the forms we have to submit in order of preference to get incorporation and Commencement Certificate.

Form 1: Statutory Declaration from PCS Form 18: Situation of Registered Office Form 29 (For public company) Consent to act as Director Form 32: Details of Director/manager/secretary Apart from these forms, you have to prepare MoA, AoA and also pay stamp duty and other fee to get incorporation.
After Certificate of Inc, you have to make a declaration in relevant form (19 or 20) whichever is applicable, file a statement in lieu of prospectus to take Commencement of Business Certificate
