Any LTD which is carry on bussiness for it necessry to registerd under stok market for listing???? if they wants to carry on bussiness without listing they can do so???? rply.....

Definitely yes. A public limited company can carry on business without listing on stock exchange.

Agreed...Listing of securities of the Company at the recognized stock exchanges is not a prerequisite for commencement of business.
Is is up to the management of the Company to decide whether they want to get the securities of the Company listed or not.
